Constantine Lusignan’s professional profile includes over 20 years of experience in the CIS. He has handled some of the larger foreign direct investment, cross-border M&A transactions in the region.

Constantine’s practice in Russia focuses on high-end corporate advisory and M&A work involving a broad-based clientele of national and foreign companies. He is a general transactional practitioner with a strong industry emphasis on the energy and natural resources, food and beverages, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

Constantine holds a JSM degree from Stanford Law School and studied economics at the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. At various times, he was engaged in scientific work regarding legal aspects of economic integration at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.
