Leonid is also experienced in handling international disputes in state courts and commercial and investment arbitration, including disputes under a variety of arbitration rules, including those of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the Russian Arbitration Centre and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. Leonid also has experience serving as an arbitrator.
Leonid lectures within the framework of a post-graduate course and a master’s programme at the Law Faculty of St Petersburg University on the resolution of international disputes, investments and M&A.
