Zarrina is an Uzbek-qualified lawyer with over 15 years of professional experience in contract law, commercial legal support, due diligence, and regulatory compliance. Her practice focuses primarily on contract strategy, drafting and negotiation, M&A due diligence and transaction support, legal operations, process design and standardisation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder advisory.
Prior to joining Denuo, Zarrina headed the Contract Department at Lerta Legal. Previously, she served as Chief Legal Counsel at the Orient Group Management, a group comprising more than 55 entities, and as Head of Legal at KFC Uzbekistan, where she led the legal structuring of the franchise launch in the Uzbek market.
