Denuo has been named the best law firm at the Russia M&A Awards 2026.
Since 2010, this award has been given to the best players in the M&A market, with award winners being determined based on poll results on the Preqveca.ru website and the Mergers.ru league tables.
In addition, Denuo was awarded second best M&A deal of the year for its work advising SFI investment holding on the sale of an 87.5% share in Europlan, an auto leasing company, to Alfa-Bank.
