Daria Zagranichnova specialises in comprehensive legal support of projects relating to data protection and the implementation of artificial intelligence. She advises companies across various jurisdictions, conducts audits, develops documentation, assesses risks, supports supervisory authority inspections, structures data flows, and prepares legal opinions on complex regulatory matters.
Daria has experience building privacy compliance frameworks both on the consulting side and in-house. She also delivers corporate data protection training and leads a team of consultants within the international data protection practice.
Daria’s team holds professional certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the Regional Privacy Professionals Association (RPPA).
Daria’s team joins Denuo’s existing Intellectual Property and Technology practice, which consists of 13 lawyers and two partners in the Moscow and St Petersburg offices and advises on all aspects of intellectual property and technology law, including the commercialisation of IP, the protection of rights to trademarks, patents and trade names, copyright and related rights, licensing, e-commerce, technological developments, as well as the protection of personal data and privacy.
