Holding the status of an advocate of the Moscow City Chamber of Advocates, along with qualifications in the laws of England and Wales and New York, Andrei advises clients on a variety of cross-border transactions.
Andrei has extensive experience counselling investors and founders, and the management of venture capital companies on fundraising, strategic sales and exit strategies, as well as other aspects of venture business support, including convertible loans, simple agreements for future equity, employee stock option plans, and more.
Andrei holds a candidate of legal sciences degree and has a strong background in academic teaching.
Prior to joining Denuo, Andrei worked at the international law firm DLA Piper in Moscow and Dubai.
