Ekaterina has experience both in international consulting and in-house, including at one of the largest FMCG companies, in its Russian office and at its headquarters. She focuses on strategic IP planning, trademark registration and protection, copyright matters, and anti-counterfeiting. She represents the interests of international and Russian companies operating in a wide range of sectors, including information technology, hospitality and tourism, transport, FMCG, food industry, perfumery and cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, media, and others, including working with the world’s most high-value brands.
Ekaterina is recommended by the Pravo-300 rating in the areas of “Intellectual Property (Consulting),” “Intellectual Property (Registration),” “Intellectual Property (Litigation),” “TMT (Telecommunications, Media, and Technology),” and “Digital Economy.”
Ekaterina is an active participant in the work of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA), including by serving on their committees.

Ekaterina’s team joins Denuo’s existing Intellectual Property and Technology practice, which consists of eight lawyers in the Moscow and St Petersburg offices. It advises on all aspects of intellectual property and technology law, including the commercialisation of IP, the protection of rights to trademarks, patents and trade names, copyright and related rights, licensing, e-commerce, technological developments, as well as the protection of personal data and privacy.
