Anna Krutik advises on complex transactions, including Russian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and business restructurings for Russian and international companies operating in the real estate and construction, energy and natural resources, hospitality, retail and IT/TMT sectors.

Anna has over 20 years of experience advising Russian companies both on their domestic operations and on international expansion, and providing comprehensive legal support to foreign investors investing in the Russian market.

Anna’s practice focuses particularly on acquisitions and disposals of investment real estate assets, joint venture projects, development transactions, integrated territory development projects, and lease structuring. Transactions led by Anna have repeatedly been recognised with the industry’s top award, the CRE Awards “Deal of the Year.”

Anna is recommended for real estate and construction by Chambers, Legal 500 and Pravo-300.

  • Advising BurService, a Russian oilfield services company (formerly Halliburton Russia), on the acquisition of 100% of Aggreko Eurasia, a subsidiary of a global leader in temporary power generation, temperature control and energy services
  • Advising Cosmos Hotel Group, a subsidiary of diversified publicly traded Russian investment company Sistema, on the EUR200 million acquisition of a 100% stake in a number of Russian companies owning ten hotels, the majority of which are operated by Radisson Hotel Group, in four Russian cities from Norway’s Wenaas Hotel Russia (winner, “Deal of the Year,” CRE Federal Awards 2024)

  • Advising Romex Group, a Russian investment and development holding, on the acquisition from G City Europe (formerly Atrium European Real Estate) of ten Russian companies owning the Park House shopping centre portfolio with a total gross leasable area of approximately 380,000 square metres across multiple regions of Russia (nominee, “Deal of the Year,” CRE Moscow Awards 2024)
  • Advising Ghelamco Group, an international development company, on the competitive sale of 100% of the equity interest in the company owning the Dmitrov Logistics Park, with a total area exceeding 240,000 square metres
  • Advising Metrika Investments, a Russian commercial real estate investment fund, on the acquisition of the office component (56,000 square metres) of Neva Towers, a landmark mixed-use twin-tower complex in Moscow City (winner, “Deal of the Year,” CRE Awards 2020)
  • Advising PLT, a Russian owner of transport and logistics centres, on a series of acquisitions of a portfolio of Class A warehouse properties in various regions of Russia (winners, “Large-Scale Warehouse Complex,” CRE Moscow Awards 2023 for PLT Pushkino and CRE Federal Awards 2023 for PLT Chapaevsk)
  • Advising Vi Holding, an international investment and industrial group, on the establishment of a joint venture with foreign investors and sovereign wealth funds for the implementation of one of Moscow’s largest integrated urban development projects, the redevelopment of the Tushino Airfield site (total development area of approximately 1 million square metres)
  • Advising Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds on the acquisition of, introduction of partners (the US investment company Hines and the sovereign wealth fund Mubadala) to, and subsequent disposal of interests in the companies owning the Galeria Shopping Centre in St Petersburg and the Metropolis Shopping Centre in Moscow
