Julia focuses in the area of real estate and construction. She advises clients on the acquisition and sale of real estate and the implementation of varied construction projects, including analysis of urban planning potential and site limitations, support for the acquisition of immovable property (purchase and sale, investment contracts, rental, registration of rights to land) and the conclusion of construction contracts. Julia has experience in preparing and negotiating complex construction contracts under various models (including EPC contracts), equipment supply contracts, construction project management contracts and operation and maintenance contracts.
