Olga has accumulated profound experience in international and Russian domestic tax planning and structuring, and in tax due diligence projects of companies operating in various areas of economics.

Olga’s professional competencies include experience in supporting clients during tax audits and tax litigation proceedings.

Olga also participates in transfer pricing projects. In January 2013, Olga participated in an internship at the Amsterdam office of DLA Piper where she worked with acknowledged experts in transfer pricing under international projects.

Olga’s professional experience includes the preparation of a draft law on the introduction of changes to the tax legislation of Russia and obtaining individual clarifications regarding various taxation issues from the Russian Ministry of Finance.
