We are pleased to invite you to our offline conference “M&A transactions in the new reality: current legal issues” where we discuss the compulsory exercise of options in relation to participation shares/stocks, latest changes in tax legislation related to the purchase and sale of businesses and the creation of joint ventures, and will also talk about other matters related to M&A transactions and the construction of a legal function.

The event is intended to serve as a platform for formal and informal communications between community members representing large businesses, investment groups, and financial institutions.

The discussions will be run by the Denuo team and invited speakers including Anton Fedorov, Deputy General Director for Client Services at NRK - R.O.S.T., and Konstantin Garkin, acting notary of the сity of Moscow.

The discussions will be followed by a lecture delivered by Alexey Nikiforov, PhD (Law), Founder of Legal Management Academy, professor at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, entitled “Legal function: operating model, strategy and processes.”
