Denuo’s transport team is a leader in Russia. We work with industries and assets, that are connected, in one way or another, with transport and transport infrastructure, including ships and aircraft, floating platforms and storage facilities, rail transport, shipbuilding and aircraft manufacturing, ports and port terminals, airports and ground infrastructure, and oil pipelines.

We advise the owners and operators of such assets, as well as banks, lessors and financial institutions, on local and cross-border acquisition, lease and financing transactions, and on regulatory matters and disputes.
