Our Employment practice

Our Employment practice group is one of the strongest in Russia.

We help clients in development and implementation of approaches to labor law and human resources matters for compliance with legal requirements and avoidance of conflicts and disputes. In cases where a conflict situation does occur, our team is highly skilled in negotiations with employees and trade unions on behalf of the clients and representation of our clients’ interests in court.

We are also deeply experienced with labor law compliance and have assisted clients during state authorities’ inspections. Our team also supports clients during internal investigations arising out of anti-corruption and corporate ethics violations. We advise on specific industry areas, including those involving sports law matters.

We also protect clients’ interests within the framework of labour relations in the field of professional sports.
