Ruslan Vasutin advises on transaction structuring and the reorganisation of companies; he possesses international expertise in the field of cross-border tax planning and international tax planning and participates in the resolution of tax disputes, including on Russian domestic and international transfer pricing issues. Ruslan has had experience in providing transactional tax support to both domestic and multinational clients in the real estate, FMCG, IT and Technology, automotive and retail sectors of the economy.
