Mikhail Sholokhov focuses on Russian intellectual property law matters and commercial contracts. He advises both Russian and multinational clients on a broad range of local and cross-border matters, including IP issues arising in different types of corporate and financial transactions and IP disputes.

Mikhail’s scope of experience also includes advertisement law and unfair competition issues and advising on matters related to personal data protection.
