Damir has solid experience of advising on international and Russian taxation, transfer pricing, due diligence and other routine tax issues for companies from the telecommunications sector, the IT sector, chemical industry, automotive industry, agriculture, FMCG, and other sectors.

Damir’s professional competencies also include providing tax assistance in the course of projects dealing with the designing of international structures that provide for the geographic expansion of the commercial model of companies and ensure proper legal protection and the monetisation of IP.

In June 2017 and April 2018 Damir completed an internship course in the DLA Piper offices in Paris and Madrid on how to make use of international holding, financial and IP structures for tax planning purposes.
