Denuo advises Samolet on sale of Domyland proptech platform to Yandex

Denuo has advised Samolet, one of the largest proptech and real estate development corporations in Russia, on the sale of Domyland, a technology solutions platform for real estate developers and management companies, to Yandex.

The transaction will unlock new opportunities for developing services for residents by combining Yandex’s fintech, delivery, taxi, e-commerce and smart home technology with Domyland’s experience in the digitalisation of residential real estate.

The Moscow-based team included legal director Maria Krugovykh and associate Dmitry Ostrey. Maria Krugovykh coordinated the project and led the team on the transaction.
