    Our Finance practice advises domestic and foreign financial institutions and companies involved in the banking and financial services sector transactions. Covering everything from transaction planning, preparation of full financial transaction documentation through advising on associated regulatory, tax and corporate law issues, we offer a “one stop shop” comprehensive approach to the most challenging of projects. We work with both borrowers and lenders in lending transactions.
