    Our team is distinguished by its high proficiency combined with many years of experience in successfully resolving some of the most complex projects as part of antitrust investigations of precedent cases in the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS Russia), the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) and arbitration courts, as well as obtaining regulatory approvals of major mergers and acquisitions.

    Our team members have a long-term experience in senior positions in FAS Russia, academic recognition, and teach at the Department of Competition Law of Kutafin Moscow State Law University, the leading department of competition law in Russia.
