Renata Polyakova
Renata Polyakova provides legal consultations to major international and Russian companies on a wide range of legal matters concerning real estate, construction, project financing, activities of self-regulatory organisations, town planning and corporate legislation. Renata focuses on legal support during all stages of investment projects (planning, financing, implementation, etc), including public-private partnership (PPP) projects. She also advises on labour, environmental, and cultural heritage issues.
At the moment, Renata participates in research activities in the field of civil law within apost-graduate programme at St Petersburg University. She also takes part in conferences on civil law matters and is the author of several publications.
