Oleg Skvortsov
Oleg Skvortsov, Doctor of Law, is the head of Litigation at Denuo in St Petersburg, and a professor of the commercial law department at St Petersburg University’s Law Faculty.
Oleg is a recognised expert in the legal regulation of investment activities, the commercial use of real estate, privatisation, and insolvency. He possesses broad experience and is in a position to provide a unique insight into arbitrage and litigation. This knowledge is particularly valuable for filing actions, appeals and cassations, and also for lodging any supervisory protests. Oleg also focuses on arbitration proceedings.
Since 2002 Oleg has been engaged as an expert in Russian legislation at a number of foreign State Courts and in the International Arbitration Courts of Austria, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland and the US among others. Oleg has extensive experience in drafting legal opinions for the international commercial arbitration court at the Chamber of Commerce in Vienna, for the international commercial arbitration courts in Berlin, Geneva, the Hague, London and New York, as well as for the international commercial arbitration court at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
