Representatives of Denuo and invited experts – Evgeny Petrov, PhD in Law, editor-in-chief of the third volume of Gloss dedicated to inheritance law, and Konstantin Garkin, acting notary of Moscow – will participate in the discussion.

Inheritance of rights and obligations under share (participation interest) sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), corporate agreements (CAs), and options:
- liability of heirs for the seller's provision of untrue warranties under SPAs;
- inheritance of the seller's indemnity obligations under SPAs;
- extension of the seller's liability limitations under SPAs to heirs;
- inheritance of rights and obligations of the parties under CAs and options;
- methods for excluding heirs from participating in a joint venture; and
- other issues related to the inheritance of rights and obligations arising from SPAs, CAs and options.

Issues related to obtaining spousal consent when concluding SPAs, CAs and options:
- the need to obtain spousal consent to the disposal of or acquisition of shares (participation interest) and the conclusion of CAs;
- the need to obtain spousal consent to the concealed disposal of shares (participation interest); and
- other issues related to obtaining spousal consent to enter into agreements aimed at the disposal of shares (participation interest).
