Ilya Bulgakov focuses on Russian corporate, commercial and antitrust legislation. He has considerable experience in acquisitions and venture capital deals. Ilya has participated in various M&A deals in different sectors, including technology, food and beverages, life sciences, media and telecommunications, transport and logistics, and retail.

Ilya also possesses sound experience in advising clients on Russian competition clearance matters, including obtaining antitrust clearance from the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.
