Diana Pronyushkina focuses on various aspects of real estate, construction and town-planning issues, and advises on greenfield and brownfield investments in a number of Russian regions.

Throughout her career, Diana has advised major Russian and international companies on various matters connected with obtaining rights for construction and implementing projects on the basis of public private partnerships, real estate property leases, investment agreements and complex legal due diligence reviews.

Diana has been actively involved in various pro bono projects including those connected with UNESCO research on safety construction rules and regulations.

Experience

  • Advising a Russian construction company on matters devoted to structuring a development project involving the construction of a multifunctional complex, including office and residential buildings in Moscow on public land plots with a total area of approx. 90,000 m², implemented jointly with a federal unitary enterprise
  • Advising a French milk and cheese producing group on the acquisition of a Russian manufacturer of pressed cheeses, including its real estate facilities and land plots in Russia
  • Advising a French retailer of DIY and home improvement tools on forward funding construction projects with Russian retail centre developers for the development of its stores across Russia
  • Advising a US company which provides a shared workspace, community and services for entrepreneurs, freelancers, start-ups and small businesses on its business and expansion plans with a particular focus on the leasing of office space in Moscow
  • Advising a Russian developer on the structuring of its development project for the construction of a mixed-use complex in Moscow, including advising on the investment contract and capital raising issues
  • Advising a US fitness centre on its lease relations with the landlord in connection with the relocation of the fitness centre to newly constructed premises, including negotiations, preparation of transaction documents, including preliminary and main lease agreements, signing assistance and support with other matters to ensure a smooth relocation with a minimal impact on the business
