Mikhail Bychikhin’s practice focuses on sanctions and restrictive measures introduced by the US, EU, UK, Switzerland and other jurisdictions, as well as countermeasures adopted by Russia and other countries. He regularly advises clients on arbitration matters and acts both in international litigations and arbitrations, including under the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (ICAC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
